As a US Navy veteran, Andrew understand the meaning of dedicated service. His deployments include almost 4 years in Iraq and Afghanistan as well as 6 submarine patrols, allowing him to relate to what the men and women of our amazing military community must endure. That military experience, which taught the importance of extraordinary service through honesty; integrity; and highly effective communication, is the foundation of Andrew's professional service as a real estate expert. Andrew also leveraged his military benefits to earn his Bachelor’s in Business and Master’s in Adult Education.

Andrew has been involved in real estate as an investor since 2007; buying, rehabbing, renting, and selling. He became a licensed REALTOR in Virginia in 2011 and North Carolina in 2016, became a licensed real estate broker in 2018 and he's truly excited to have the opportunity to assist you through the home buying or selling process. His knowledge and experience guarantees a smooth journey through the often complex and intimidating real estate transaction maze.

 

Andrew launched The Christie Group, a highly dynamic and service oriented real estate team, in 2009. As owner and team leader, he has worked hard with his team members to implement highly effective and proven systems which are combined with the outstanding support provided by the brokerage, Atlantic Sotheby's International Realty. This synergistic combination enables The Christie Group to excel in the industry that Andrew loves! 

 

Andrew is proud to be ranked in the top 1% of Hampton Roads agents every year since 2017. Additionally, he has earned the Diamond Award (highest achievement) for 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020 and 2021.

When he's not working with clients, Andrew enjoy spending time with friends and family. He also enjoy staying physically active, skiing, watching football, and he's currently working on his private pilot's license.
